We’ve Gone International!

Up until this year, all of our clients and both of the AZA Conferences we’ve exhibited at have been in the US. This year, we added The Belize Zoo to our platform and we traveled up to Calgary for AZA 2024. Like the past conferences in Baltimore and Columbus, it was a great opportunity to see our customers from the around the country in-person, as well meet some great new folks.

We tried a new idea this year, trading cards! They were popular. We gave out hundreds cards that highlighted out existing customer apps with QR codes on the back that you could scan. The 2024 set featured Bronx Zoo, Houston Zoo, Oregon Zoo, Woodland Park Zoo, and Oregon Coast Aquarium.

One of the highlights of the trip was visiting Heritage Park - a local living history museum and small amusement park just outside the city.

Heritage Park is also home to a fantastic antique auto museum called Gasoline Alley.

The highlight of the whole trip though was traveling a couple of hours into the mountains for some hiking and amazing views.
